We are building 24 new rental apartments in Nošovice. They will be completed next spring.
The 128-million-koruna project is the largest construction investment in the town’s history and is intended to promote affordable housing and attract young families.
The buildings are already taking shape, with construction now reaching the second and third above-ground floors. Each building will have eight apartments, and energy efficiency is a key consideration in the construction. Green roofs and on-site solar panels will be included. A bonus for future residents will be the view of the Beskydy Mountains. The first residents could move in as early as next spring.
