The facilities for clients at the SKOTNICE complex will be wheelchair accessible.
We have insulated the original village building that we are renovating on the premises and are now installing an elevator that will take residents to the attic. Two new bungalows are also beginning to take shape, to which we will add pergolas. Photovoltaic panels are installed on their roofs. All buildings will be air-conditioned.
The roof offers a view of the surrounding countryside and the large sloping plot of land, which we have levelled, fenced, and built a retention reservoir at the end of. We have also prepared areas where we will build outdoor gazebos, which will be the main relaxation areas for the residents of the complex.
At the same time, paved areas, retaining walls, retention reservoirs, and a domestic wastewater treatment plant are being built. Everything is geared toward the goal of creating a safe, welcoming, and modern space that will support the integration of clients into everyday life.
"It's probably the kind of new building that everyone would want these days. With a heat pump, underfloor heating, water reuse for flushing, and photovoltaics on the roof. So from a construction point of view, I think it's absolutely top-notch," says Miroslav Pospěch, site manager at VAMOZ CONSTRUCTION, about the project.
We are building the complex in Skotnice near Mošnov for new social services for a special care home for 12 people with mental illness and physical disabilities.
