Extension and revitalization of an office building in Hlučín
In June, we started construction for Marius Pedersen. The project involves the extension and modernization of an office building in Hlučín. Completion of the construction is planned for September 2026.
We have currently completed the foundations and are working on the vertical structures. In the coming weeks, we will be installing spiral ceilings, followed by the construction of the perimeter and interior walls.
At the turn of the year, the company's employees will move to mobile offices in temporary container units or to home offices so that we can begin construction work inside the main building. The revitalization will include demolition work, window replacement, layout modifications, new sewer and ventilation systems, and overall modernization of the building.
