Processing of personal data
I consent to the processing of my personal data to the extent and for the purpose specified in the consent. The personal data will be processed for the duration of the same business object of the controller. I can withdraw my consent at any time. Personal data may be transferred to selected third parties specified in the consent.
The company [Vamoz a.s.], ID No. [25848461], with registered office at [28. října 3138/41, 702 00 Ostrava], Postal Code [702 00], registered on 13 December 1999 in sec. B 2256, registered at the Regional Court in Ostrava, (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), processes your personal data (if filled in the contact form) in accordance with the relevant legal regulations:
Name and surname, E-mail, Telephone number, CV file, Message from you
The above personal data is processed for the purpose of the selection process for a position in our company and for keeping records of applicants. Providing your personal data is a necessary requirement for the selection process and without providing your personal data it is not possible to evaluate your application.
COMMON PROVISIONS
This data will be processed for the duration of the same business object of the Controller.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, however, personal data may also be processed for the Controller by any other providers of processing software, services and applications.
Currently, the Controller uses the following processors:
- BlueGhost.cz, s.r.o., company ID 289 01 061, with registered office at Prague 6 - Bubeneč, Českomalínská 516/27, Postal Code 160 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert No. 152013 (hereinafter referred to as "BlueGhost")
- VSHosting s.r.o., with registered office at Sodomkova 1579/5, Hostivař, 102 00 Prague 10, ID No.: 615 05 455, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 29746 (hereinafter referred to as "VSHosting")
Other recipients of personal data may be freelancers and other persons involved in the selection procedure. The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (non-EU country) or an international organisation.
You have the right to:
-request the Controller to tell you what personal data it processes about you,
-request an explanation from the Controller regarding the processing of your personal data,
-request the Controller to access and update or correct your personal data,
-request the Controller to erase this personal data, if the law allows it,
-in case of doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, to contact the Controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
