VAMOZ CONSTRUCTION is a company that undertakes projects in the form of general contracting in building construction, operating in the construction industry with focus on turnkey projects and industrial development including production and storage facilities, buildings for the energy industry and civil construction, among which we include buildings for culture, services or business.
Vison, Mission and Strategy
VAMOZ CONSTRUCTION's strategy is to systematically increase the quality of the work performed, while complying with all legal regulations in the field of environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and ensuring the impeccable fulfilment of our customers' requirements with a high emphasis on the quality of construction. This, together with building a professional working environment for our employees, has resulted in a steady growth in the company's performance.

Establishment of a company with its core business in trade and services under the trade name VAMOZ spol. s.r.o. The name of the company itself was created by combining the initial letters of the words Production and Assembly commercial intermediation activity, which indicates the area of business and focus of the company at the time.
Expansion of core business into construction production, the reconstruction of buildings, the installation of equipment and electrical installation. After the stabilization of this activity, the business was expanded to include construction activities, where important projects included the reconstruction of the ČEZ Aréna sports hall (now the Ostravar Aréna) and the reconstruction of Silesian Ostrava Castle.
Transformation of the company into the trade name VAMOZ-servis, a.s.
By acquiring the tool shop of MAXION WHEELS a.s., our business activity was expanded to include the production and maintenance of tools for casting and pressing wheels, including the machining of molds for these wheels.
In June 2017, the reorganization of the company was successfully completed and VAMOZ was able to actively participate in the market under the direction of its new owner, the PROMET GROUP. It therefore started a review and coordination of all processes in connection with the holding group and at the same time prepared investments to support the development of its business activities.
The most significant acquisitions in 2020 included the takeover of the capable team of FLASH STEEL with their extensive experience in the production of steel structures. In that context, there was a change in the production portfolio of steel construction with focus on technological units and subassemblies.
Successful transfer of technologies, employees and know-how of weldment production to the subsidiary KOFING. in order to unify business areas within the PROMET GROUP, the welding shop was moved from VAMOZ-servis to KOFING, including the top expertise of workers and technologies.
