Construction of the A4 administrative building in Brandýs nad Labem
Starting in the spring of 2021, VAMOZ simultaneously carried out two turnkey constructions on the premises of the Continental Brandýs nad Labem production plant, the first one being an extension of the H6 production building, which was built the year before last, and also the new construction of the A4 administrative building on the area of the former parking lot.
The A4 administrative building has a total built-up area of 20,000 m3. The 1st floor houses a reception desk, entrance facilities, training rooms, a doctor’s office with a nurse, a physiotherapy center and technical facilities. The 2nd floor, which is twice as large as the first floor and partly covers the outdoor car park, contains a dining room with a 24-hour kitchen and capacity of 600 meals a day, as well as offices and meeting rooms. The 2nd floor of the building was connected to the existing plant by an outdoor steel footbridge.
Both buildings were project-based turnkey constructions. The H6b extension was certified at the beginning of this year, and the administrative building will be certified after undergoing trial operation for 1 year, which began in 3/2022.
