WELDING SHOP
The main production focus of the Welding shop is:
• bespoke production of weldments including their machining,
• OFFSHORE welding,
• production of machine parts,
• production of frames and chassis constructions,
• bespoke production of piping systems.
Welding is carried out using the following methods:
• 135 – arc welding with electrode in active gas (MAG welding)
• 138 – arc welding with filled metallic electrode in active gas
• 141 – TIG welding
For the production of steel structures, we have a hall measuring 94 x 26 m with two entrance gates fo large-scale means of transport, sheet metal bending machine, pipe bending machine, table shears, bevelling machines, grinding machines and many others. An overview of the machines is given below.
Steel structures are always made to order according to the customer’s wishes and requirements.
We also provide:
- material sutting by belt saw, cutting up to 800 x 900 mm
- sheet cutting with a maximum thickness of 13 mm, a maximum length of 3 050 mm
- shearing profiles with universal shears
- cutting of steel sheets with an oxygen cutting machine, max. size 2500 x 6000 mm
- MIG / MAG and TIG / VIG welding in shielding gas
- welding with coated electrodes, oxyacetylene flame
- installation of central heating including distribution, underfloor heating, water and sewerage systems, gas distribution systems, exchanger stations, Heat-only boiler stations for all kinds of fuels
Due to the adjoining machining hall, we are able to provide machining in the manufacture of steel structures for:
- two five-axis centers
- three-axis center
- center lathes and CNC lathes
- carousel
- planer
- CNC milling machines
- horizontal milling machies
- drill
- Surface grinder and round grinder, max. length 3.000 mm
- after machining it is possible to perform treatment with an electric annealing furnace and quenching furnace
